Glamping in Cornwall – Introducing our new Roundhouses
Its been eight years since we arrived to start our glamping business in Cornwall. It was our mission to firmly set the glamping bar in the South-West. Our luxury yurts added an extra sprinkle of glamour to camping, offering no compromise on those important creature comforts whilst sleeping under canvas. They have been the heart and founding of our journey.
Our yurts boast electricity, WIFI and fridges, and when we first opened, they were something of a glamping revolution. Today, we have a smattering of tourism awards to our name, oodles of 5* reviews and a firm following of loyal guests.
Reshaping Glamping in Cornwall
We don’t often sit still here and a cosy winters make for brilliant think tank time. Two years ago, we ‘dipped our toe’ with our original couples Roundhouse. We’re passionate about what we do, always learning and ever evolving. We knew instinctively that we were onto something brilliant with rave reviews and regional South West accolades. As we start a new decade, it’s time to set a new standard and re-set the bar for our families and groups. We’re thrilled to introduce our four new Roundhouses.

Our Roundhouses are open all year. Their clever design, underfloor heating and internal wood burner means you’ll be warm and cosy even when you choose a winter break. You’ll discover a quirky interior with modern touches. They promise a unique stay in a stylish home from home. You’ll be able to prepare those family meals inside on the Corian kitchen worktops, soak the day away in your hot tub, and cosy up in front of a wood burner – All in your unique, round-shaped escape.

Each of our new Roundhouses has an additional internal cabin room inside for two more guests. So, if you’ve been meaning to catch up with friends in style, or escape with your extended family, there’s space for everyone.
Bubbling Hot Tubs
The Roundhouses started their journey this year with with wood fired hot tubs. We have since replaced those with electric tubs. This change means you’ll be able to step from your bed and into those toasty waters within moments. Our electric hot tubs are always ready to welcome you for a soak under the stars in the bubbles. The great news for our yurt faithfuls is that we now have a wood-burning hot tub option as an optional extra.
Back inside The Roundhouses , underfloor heating adds a little more indulgence, and there’s a wood burner for those relaxing evenings that totally ‘turns on the cosy’. We love a quiet evening spent chatting to the kids while the wood burner crackles. What a way to finish the day after toasting marshmallows on the communal fire pit outside !
