October Halloween Fun

One of our favourite school holidays is the October half term with crisp cold nights to make the most of the wood burners in our lovely Yurts and campfires. We had great fun this year with curried pumpkin soup and homemade bread for the adults, whilst the kids ghost hunted for their goodies in time...

Summer Paella Evenings

With the addition of our beautiful Tallet Barn, we were able to offer our Summer guests Chef cooked paella evenings.It really brought the camp further together allowing the adults to have lovely evening chats over great fresh food and a nice glass of wine.

Swans a Flocking

Really pleased this year to see lots of ‘Swan’ parties enjoying our yurts. Much more sophisticated than the average Hen. These birds are beautiful ! We have organised Yoga sessions, surf sessions, afternoon tea, massage treatments and chef cooked BBQ’s in our beautiful (and warm) Tallet Barn.

Falconry @ East Thorne Yurts

We were very privileged this season @ East Thorne to have some up close encounters. We hope our cottage and glamping guests had a great time. The children loved holding the birds and asking lots of questions. Adam is now hell bent on getting an avery… Great ! x

Easter Fun

We had a great opening to our 2014 Glamping season. Many returning guests bringing friends and families with them. East Thorne sprung back into action with Treasure Hunts and busy families enjoying the good weather.
